DEAr SAnTA,

My name is Zach and I'm writing to you for my little sister Elaina and me.

My favorite holiday is Christmas. I don't know if Elaina likes Christmas  because she's not talking yet. 

I'll try my best to be good all the time. I know Zod our Elf on the Shelf is watching me and Elaina and flies home each night to tell you if Elaina and I have been good or bad. Elaina is too little to be bad - right Santa?

My mommy and daddy said I should write down a list of things I would like for Christmas. Because I don't know how to write many words yet I looked through the Target and Toys R Us catalogs and put "X's" by all the toys I liked. I put "X's" by all the toys Elaina would like too.

Daddy said that all my Grandmas, Grandpas, Aunts and Uncles would be looking at this list too so you shouldn't bring me all of these presents SaNta. For the Grandmas, Grandpas, Aunts and Uncles mommy added links to the stores where mommy found the least expensive price - but this could change because of all the different toy sales.

My best friend is Liv (Olivia) and her name starts with the letter "O" my name starts with the letter "Z".

I am very excited for Christmas this year! I'm really looking forward to seeing and playing with all of my cousins!

Check with my mommy she knows which books I already have. Or look on Mommy's blog she keeps a photo list of all my books on there. 
• Baseball Bedroom - I don't like sleeping in the dark so this "Sports Season Lamp" from the Company Kids store will give me some light in my room at night. • Art Supplies - I really like to color so coloring books with pictures of Iron Man, Batman, Superman, Toy Story, Dinosaurs, and Letters and Numbers are fun too! Stickers are lots of fun too!
• Clothes - It gets cold here in Woodbury and Mommy and Daddy asked me to ask for some crewneck sweatshirts. The sweatshirts can't have hoods on them as I can't wear hoodies at school. Mommy says these are very hard to find. I also need more jeans in size 3T.
• TOYS - (1) BATMAN! I really like the Fisher Price Imaginext DC Super Friends vehicles and mini figures. Mommy and I have been looking for the Superman mini figure set but can't find it anywhere.  [Zach HAS the following Imaginext Batman toys: Batcave, the Riddler & car, and Batmobile] (2) I really like playing guitar when I am at my friend Liv's house so mommy said I should ask for one for Christmas.  I would like one with strings like Liv's guitar. Mommy found one on-line (Click here to bring you to website) to show you what it looks like but you don't have to get this one. [12/6 - Mommy Megan note - this gift idea has been purchased] (3) I also really like Dinosaur Train so the Interactive Figures: Boris or Tiny and Buddy would be fun too!  I have the Stegasourus at home. (4) I still really LOVE Buzz and Jessie too!! [Mommy Megan note - we're trying to diversify his toys a bit - however if you really want to do Toy Story toys Fisher Price Imaginext also makes a Toy Story line that would work with his new Batman toys. *grin*] (5) I really enjoy playing with my tools and helping mommy and daddy fix things.  Mommy and I looked online and thought this workbench (click here to bring you to website) would be lots of fun! • Games - I really enjoy playing games with mommy and daddy! At home I have Shutes and Ladders and a Toy Story fishing game.  Mommy thought games such as: Cranium CARIBOO Island, UNO Moo Farm Animal Matching Game, Memory (Toy Story Memory and/or original), Don't Break the Ice, and Red Rover Game would be good games for me.

Elaina

My baby sister will be 4 weeks old tomorrow. Mommy says she is still too little to play with my toys.  My baby Elaina likes things that are really soft and cuddly so she will really like stuffed animals. Mommy says stuffed animals with sewed on eyes and noses instead of buttons are better for little babies. Also Baby Elaina doesn't have any baby dolls.  Mommy thought these other items would be nice for Baby Elaina too:

I LOVE books! I enjoy reading with mommy and daddy and I also love to point things out in books and read to mommy and daddy in my own way. What books do I have already?  Mom said to look at my "good reads" library on her blog.  It's on the right hand side of the page.  Mommy is really good about listing the books I already have here.  

I'm getting really big! I'm already 35 pounds!  Clothes sized 2T fit me now, but mommy says I need more 3T clothes.  I will be starting potty training soon so pants that I can pull up and down myself without buttons or snaps are easiest for me. I love shirts with Cars, Thomas the Train, Elmo/Sesame Street, Wonder Pets, and sports - especially baseball. Pajamas and slippers (size 7 slippers) are fun too!

I really like to draw and paint so art supplies would be nice too! Markers, finger paints, paints, paper, colored pencils, coloring books, and activity books with stickers.

Of course, I LOVE TO PLAY so TOYS are always good too!

• Trucks, cars, trains, and tractors (anything that moves and has wheels - ages 3+
  
• Duplo Lego sets - the fire station, fire truck, Bob the Builder and small sets would be great! (Zach has the Farm Building set - so add-on's would be great.)

My name is Zachary Conner and I will be 16-months old at Christmas time! Mommy Megan and Daddy Dave say that I have been a very good baby and now a toddler this year!  I am growing so big and love learning new things!

Mommy & Daddy said I need to give you a list of things I would like or need for Christmas this year.  Mommy said that she's also giving this list to my Grandmas & Grandpas, my Great Grandmas, and all my Aunts and Uncles too so you do not need to pack all of these things in your sleigh just for me.

I really like to read books and have books read to me. I really like board books because I can turn the pages, although mom says older paper books are OK to so we can build my library of bedtime stores.

Mommy & Daddy are amazed at how fast I'm growing. I'm already 27 pounds!  Clothes sized 18-24 months fit me now.  But size 24mos/2T would be nice too.  I love long-sleeved & short-sleeved onsies, jeans with adjustable waistbands, and sweatshirts.

Mommy thought a membership to the Minnesota Children's Museum would be a good gift for me.  I really enjoyed it the other day and it would be a fun thing to do on the days mommy is home with me on Thursdays and Fridays this winter.

Toys are nice too because I LOVE TO PLAY! Mom & dad say they help me learn and explore new things too.  Some ideas:

• Trucks, cars, trains, and planes (anything that moves and has wheels - ages 18 mos - 3 years
• Little People sets with cars/trains/trucks

I'm not a fussy toddler so I would really enjoy any toy, these are just a few ideas my mom and dad thought I would enjoy.

2007 will be my first Christmas and I will be almost four months old. I have been a very good baby this year!  I am a very good eater, I'm learning more and more about myself everyday AND I have been sleeping through the night for seven weeks now and I'm only 11 weeks old now.

Mommy & Daddy said I need to give you a list of things I would like or need for Christmas this year.  Mommy said that she's also giving this list to my Grandmas & Grandpas, my Great Grandmas, and all my Aunts and Uncles too so you do not need to pack all of these things in your sleigh.

I really like it when my mommy & daddy read to me.  So books would be really nice! Mommy said, Little Touch LeapPad Books such as:

• "Where the Wild Things Are"
• "Rainbow Fish"
• "Pooh Loves You"
• "Let's Get Busy, Baby"
• "Animal Dance"

would be nice to go with my Little Touch LeapPad. There are other Little Touch books & cartridges too these are just a few ideas.  I already have: "Animal World", "Lulu the Letter Spinning Spider", and "One Bear in the Bedroom."

Mommy & Daddy say I am growing really fast.  In fact, I'm already 16.5 pounds!  So clothes sized 6-12 months would be really nice.  I love long-sleeved onsies, active pants (fleece or cotton), one-piece rompers, socks to match, and super soft sleepers.

Toys are nice too because they help me learn and explore new things.  I like toys that light up, make noise or play music and/or move.  It won't be long before I am 6-months old so 6+ month toys would be nice because I'll be able to play with them longer. 

Mommy & Daddy said that many of my toys take batteries. They thought it would be nice to get them a charger and some rechargeable batteries.  Mommy found a great site to purchase these called Green Batteries: http://www.greenbatteries.com/  Lots of my toys take AA, AAA, C, & D batteries so mommy and daddy would like a charger and batteries that can charge all of those types of batteries in one system like this one:

While Mommy is helping me write this letter I thought it would be nice to add in some things that Mommy and Daddy may like for Christmas too!  Just in case you are curious.

Mommy wore out her last pair of slippers so a new pair of slippers would be nice.  Mommy really likes these slippers from Garnet Hill because they don't flop on her feet.  She needs a size 9, so she can still wear her socks with them.  She likes them in either black or pink.  Mommy really likes to scrapbook pictures she takes of me.  So gift certificates to Joanne Etc or Archivers are always nice.  Mommy also has a Cricut machine so new cartridges would be nice as those are pretty expensive.  Cartridges mommy has been wishing for are; ZooBalloo, Mickey Font, Christmas Cheer, Word Builders A Garden of Words, or Word Builders Speaking of Winter.

Daddy needs to continue to update his wardrobe so gift certificates to Eddie Bauer and Kohl's would be nice.   Also, a Best Buy gift certificate so Daddy can purchase the DVD "Saved by the Bell Hawaiian Style/Wedding in Las Vegas" would be great too.  Daddy also has been dropping hints to Mommy that he would like to go to a MN Wild Hockey Game.  So I think Daddy would like tickets to a game on either a Saturday or Sunday so it's easier to find someone to baby-sit me.  Or a gift certificate to TicketMaster so Daddy can purchase his own tickets.

I'm really looking forward my first Christmas this year! (My mommy and daddy are too!)
